Indigo makes returning an item in-store easy with a flexible 14-day return policy. Even without a receipt, we found store associates to be super helpful in processing an exchange or store credit for an items’ value, so long as it’s in resalable condition.

Items purchased in one of our stores can be returned to any location. Refunds or exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, if the item is returned in store-bought condition with a receipt. Our stores can provide a Gift receipt for any item at the time of purchase.
