How do you Zwift with Kurt Kinetic?
Launch Zwift on the computer and activate connection using Zwift Mobile Link. Select Gear Icon and select “Use Zwift Mobile Link” if not already selected. Zwift will automatically look for devices using Mobile Link. The trainer will not connect unless ZML app is on the same WiFi as computer and is powered on.
How do you calibrate a Kurt Kinetic?
- Complete 10-minute Warm up phase.
- Slowly accelerate past 20mph until prompted to stop pedaling by the app. The sweet spot for spindown times with a Kinetic Smart trainer or an inRide sensor is 1.5 to 2.0 seconds.
- Once app prompts with a “calibration successful” notification, proceed to workout.

Can I use a mountain bike on a kinetic trainer?
Yes, 2000-series trainers all fit mountain bike tires as large as 29 x 2.3. We do however recommend you use a low-profile 700 x 38c tire when riding indoors for a smoother and quieter ride.
