Elementium Ingot is a special ingot of Elementium created by the metallurgists of Blackwing Lair. Very rare and difficult to find and process, it is used in the creation of extremely powerful weapons and armor. The ingots and Blacksmith recipe to process it can only be found in Blackwing Lair.

It has similar properties to the Iron Pickaxe, but instead of taking damage, uses mana from the Player’s inventory. It also has slightly better enchantability and durability. All Botania pickaxes, including Manasteel one have right-click function, which is to place a torch from inventory.
Can you prospect eternium ore?
You cannot prospect these. Khorium is a rare spawn vein in place of any vein in Outland, regardless of type, and eternium simply turns up as a bonus from any vein. Other ore, like dark iron or anything used for questing, also cannot be prospected.
