Does O2 cover Europe?
We cover roaming in our Europe Zone as part of our Tariffs. So your data (subject to a roaming limit), minutes and text allowances will work in our Europe Zone, just like they do at home.
Can I use O2 in America?
O2 have just announced that its adding 27 more destinations that you can use your phone in, without any extra charge. This means that O2 will now let you use your phone to roam in a total of 75 countries all around the globe – including America, Australia and New Zealand.
Do you get charged for international calls?
The calling party must pay for calls placed to wireless phones. Consequently, when you call international wireless customers using your landline phone, foreign service providers may pass through to your U.S. service provider the additional cost of connecting the call, which shows up as a surcharge on your bill.
Are all O2 phones unlocked?
Does O2 lock devices? Most devices are no longer locked to our network. Since 1 August 2018, Apple devices bought directly from us are no longer locked. And almost all new devices shipped after January 2019 are now unlocked, with Huawei dongles being unlocked since April 2019.
