Is there a quest to defeat the Thalmor?
There’s no quest line that’ll let you eradicate them completely, but it’s still pretty satisfying to murder them whenever your paths cross. You can’t do anything to topple the Thalmor in-game. But lore-wise, the Empire is the best way to go if you want the Thalmor done and away with.
