When did Skye become Daisy?
We’ve spent a season and a half getting to know Skye as a person and seeing her evolve. Now, at the end of episode 210, we’ve essentially arrived at her origin story as Daisy Johnson.

In the first season of “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” we met a hacker named Skye. Eventually, it was revealed that Skye’s real name was Daisy Johnson and – guess what? – she was part Inhuman and thus had superpowers, earthquake-esque powers that led to her getting the codename of Quake!
Does Daisy Johnson lose her powers?
Daisy seemingly lost her Quake powers back in 1976, when Malick kidnapped her and experimented on her. In the process, he took blood, spinal fluid, and some glands. She hasn’t used her powers since, and it’s entirely possible that whatever Malick did to her means she can never use them again.
