Is AT TV the same as AT U-verse?
AT U-verse is replaced by AT TV That’s because AT has switched most of its TV service to live TV streaming that you can bundle with internet service. It’s called AT TV (not to be confused with AT TV NOW, its stand-alone, month-to-month-contract streaming service).

How does the new AT TV work?
AT has a video streaming service simply called AT TV. A sort of hybrid service, it mimics traditional cable TV by working with a set-top box and remote control provided by AT, but it also streams from a mobile app.
Why is AT uverse not working?
Try this first. Restart your TV receiver by holding the POWER button down for 10 seconds then pressing it again to restart. This process takes 5-8 minutes and will impact any DVR recordings in progress. Restart your Wi-Fi® Gateway by removing the power cord for one minute then plugging it back in.
How do I reboot my ATT Uverse?
Restart your gateway or modem manually
- Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem.
- Wait 20 seconds.
- Put the internal battery back in, if you have one.
- Plug the power cord back in.
- Wait up to 10 minutes for the gateway or modem to restart and your Broadband light to turn solid green.
