Where is the serial number on iRig stream?
Your iRig 2 serial number is on a card in the box. If you’ve discarded that card, please contact IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-sup -hardware/ and make sure you have proof of purchase from an authorized dealer handy.
Where is IK Multimedia serial number?

You will find the serial number in your User Area under My Products>Amplitube Custom Shop>Serials/Authorisations. You need to put the number into the Authorisation Manager which will authorise your software for you.
How do I find my AmpliTube serial number?

If you have deleted the installer, on the IKM website click on Support>User Area>My Products and where you can see AmpliTube 5 there will be a Past Releases button where you can download the installer. Decompress that and you’ll see the uninstaller.
Why is my irig not working?

Also be sure to check the Mini-Tuner at the bottom of the app. In the Drums page (snare drum symbol), make sure the Solo button is not turned on. In the REC page (tape symbol), tap the Mixer symbol to the right of Project.
