We’ve compared price, location, facilities and customer reviews and have concluded that Seton Sands Caravan Holiday Park is the cheapest Haven resort in Scotland and the most popular with customers. However, Craig Tara Caravan Holiday Park is much bigger and has a much better range of activities and restaurants.

Seton Sands has a great Indoor Pool – which pays host to a whole host of activities and sports including Aquajets, Kayaking and water sports.
Do you need passes for Seton Sands?

The passes are for access to the entertainment complex and for the activities such as swimming and entrance to the complex/ showbar on an evening (don’t usually need them during the day – unless you want to swim). You also need them if you wish to book activities like fencing, archery etc. Hope it helps.

Is there WIFI at Seton Sands?
Free Wifi is in the clubhouse but I could only get it if I was in the bar area. 4G in the area for me was faster than the free wifi so I used my data most of the time. over a year ago. Not in the caravans, it’s only available round the reception/bar area, I am with EE but the coverage was hit and miss anyway.

Best done on a summer day, will take about 2/3 hours and covers about 12k. Its vital to check the tides if you want to walk along the sand with low to mid tide ideal.

Seton Sands is a rocky beach to the east of Port Seton, East Lothian, Scotland. It is situated at the western end of Longniddry Bents and is part of the John Muir Way coastal walk. Low tide reveals many rock pools, then a flat sandy bed to the north which runs about 200 yards out to meet the Firth of Forth.

Can you swim in Gullane beach?
Gullane beach is one of my favourite swimming locations. Even on this wild November day it was stunningly beautiful. At the other side of the bay, far away, a couple of dog walkers edged closer as I briskly stripped then cut across the sand to the water’s edge. The swim was spectacular.
