A TUV certification means a sampling of the product has been tested for safety and found to meet the minimum requirements of the German Equipment and Product Safety Act. If you’ve ever looked for outdoor lighting, you’ve probably looked for a UL wet location safety rating.
How do I get SUD certified?
Applicants will have five years from the date of being registered as an SUD counselor to complete the following:
- 315 hours of formal SUD related education.
- 2,080 hours of SUD related work experience (160 hours of supervised practicum)
