The 4.2-mile round trip hike to the waterfall is fairly gradual, gaining 630 feet up a trail that should be enjoyable for hikers of all abilities. To make things simple, there are no junctions to worry about along the way to the waterfall where the trail dead ends.
What is at the 1 mile mark of Tokopah Falls trail?
At around the one mile mark, you will see the watchtower, which is an imposing granite cliff the looks over the trail. There are many great views of the tower with the water flowing below it, and it was one of my favorite aspects of the trail.

It’s a beautiful waterfall with a gorgeous plunge poo to swim in. Really enjoyed swimming as hard as I could towards the falls and then jetting the string currents pushbyou back to shore. Really clean water to bathe in, we had a really nice visit here. Great photo ops too because the falls and pool are really pretty.
